Share only the material needed for one maintenance proof packet.
The one-off proof packet path is intentionally manual and narrow. Use redacted materials or a secure folder link, and Steward will confirm scope before producing a customer-specific packet.
Before you send files
Redact first. Keep the proof facts.
The form is for contact details, context, a material summary, and an optional secure folder link. Do not paste raw private document contents into the form.
Start with redacted examples whenever possible: remove tenant names, account numbers, bank details, tax IDs, private owner details, precise addresses, and vendor banking data.
Keep the facts needed to build the packet: vendor type, date, amount, work scope, photos/context, approval context, and the owner question you need answered.
Use a secure folder link you control when sharing files. Steward stores the link and intake metadata for operator follow-up; do not paste sensitive document contents into the form.
The public intake path does not require account creation. Steward follows up manually before producing polished custom work or requesting payment.
A proof packet organizes supplied records for owner review. It is not legal, accounting, insurance, tax, permit, vendor-licensing, or compliance advice.
